As we fight for systemic change, we must also practice living in the world we want here and now. This means practicing truly respecting and caring for ourselves, and for one another across race, faith, class, age, ability, geography, sexuality and gender, and all other differences. We all have healing and unlearning to do in order to show up in POWER as our whole and authentic selves. We’ll explore the skills we need to embody to build collective power strong enough to topple white supremacy, capitalism, and patriarchy. Open to anyone who is interested in getting involved with POWER, or is already involved. Those who have not yet attended Part I of our Orientation are still welcome.
